Monday, May 4 — Arrival & Welcome Experience

Guests arrive throughout the afternoon and settle into the private estate.

6:00 PM — Welcome Hibachi Dinner

  • Private chef-led hibachi experience
  • Cocktails, conversation, and relaxed networking to kick off the retreat

Tuesday, May 5 — Golf, Insights & Cinco de Mayo Celebration

7:30 AM — Tee Time

  • Golf at Indian Wells Players Course
  • Breakfast available before departure

12:30 PM — Lunch at the Estate

  • Post-round lunch and refreshments

1:30 PM — Security Leadership Sessions

  • Industry insights and peer discussion
  • Emerging trends in cybersecurity & AI

4:00 PM — Cinco de Mayo Happy Hour
