Leadership Team

Brian Bouchard co-founded Alacrinet in 2002 to meet a growing demand for technology consulting services and to successfully deploy enterprise solutions in businesses across America. He oversees the daily operations including strategic business development, sales and marketing tactics, business management, and technology initiatives. Brian holds a double major in Management Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Hawaii.

Daniel is a high-energy sales executive who is passionate about client relations and focused on enhancing the buyer experience. Through his leadership, the Alacrinet sales team has expanded nationally and focused its efforts on addressing the challenges of cybersecurity for the enterprise market. With his extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Daniel works directly with clients, understands their individual needs, and recommends products or services that maximize value.

Mike’s experience in cyber security includes consulting work with local, state, and federal agencies. Mike has consulted in various cyber security capacities for police departments, correctional facilities, and private security details over the course of his career. Additionally, Mike’s clientele in the private sector include Fortune 500 companies and represent industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, e-commerce, industrial chemicals, and agriculture.

Mike began his career as an equity trader and worked in the financial services industry for almost a decade.  He held executive positions at several VC backed SaaS companies including AutoRef, Inc. Circe Software, and Themis Technologies.

Loida is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of Alacrinet, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to report accurate financial results. As a member of the executive team, Loida assists in formulating Alacrinet’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
